Visa is issued within the same day or upto 5 working days subject to a complete set of documents stated below.
VISA REQUIREMENTS:

For tourist visa: - Visa application - One photo - Copy of Hong Kong ID or Macau ID - Ticket booking confirmation - Hotel booking confirmation (or any confirmation letter from a travel agent) - Original passport

For business visa: - Visa application - One photo - Copy of Hong Kong ID or Macau ID - Invitation letter - Approval from Mongolian side - Company cover letter - Ticket booking confirmation - Hotel booking confirmation - Original passport

Please be informed that if an applicant requires multiple entry visa or employment visa proper authorization letter shall be acquired from the Mongolia Immigration Agency www.immigration.gov.mn Please ask your inviting party to contact the Mongolia Immigration Agency.

Visa fee is nonrefundable and it shall be paid through Octopus card or by bank transfer to the below account of the Consulate General of Mongolia in Hong Kong and Macao SAR’s, PRC. In case of bank transfer payment slip shall be submitted to visa officer upon collecting your passport.
